Purchasing & Shipping

Purchasing a piece of original art is a special occasion. I want to make your experience as smooth and easy as possible. Each order will be personally dealt with and handled securely and with care. Details for buying art and shipping are outlined below. If you have any further questions please email via the contact page.

Purchasing your new art work

How is payment made?

All purchases made directly through the website are done via Stripe in British Pounds Sterling. You don’t need to have a Stripe account. Stripe takes regular credit and debit cards for non account holders. It’s a very straightforward process. I do not store any of your details as everything is managed securely through the Stripe site. You will automatically be generated a receipt for your purchase which will appear in your email.

Buying art Using Clearpay

You may have found the work of art that you LOVE but don’t have the full finances. That’s ok! I have added Clearpay so you can pay in installments for artwork up to £1000. You can make simple, zero interest payments, over a set period of time to buy your art.

Paying with Bank Transfer

You can also pay with BACS for a piece of artwork. Please email or fill in the contact form requesting to purchase the painting and I will send you BACS details.

Packaging & Shipping

Purchasing original unframed artwork

All artwork bought unframed has FREE WORLDWIDE POSTAGE. Small paintings are posted in protective envelopes created specifically for artwork. Larger scale paintings on paper are wrapped in acid-free tissue and come in a 3mm thick recycled cardboard tube. All packaging is designed to give you peace of mind and protect your art work so that it arrives safely and in pristine condition.

Purchasing Mounted and Framed artwork

For all custom mounted and framed artwork, delivery charges apply.

I have placed my order and paid. How long until I receive my artwork?

Original artwork will be packed and shipped within 5 working days. Within the UK pieces are sent by courier or Parcel Force depending on size and weight.  Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 days from time of shipping but please allow 7 working days in total. If for some reason your delivery hasn’t arrived in the expected time please contact me so we can investigate the situation. You will receive a tracking number once your painting is received by our courier, which will keep you informed of when your painting will be delivered. If you live overseas this timescale maybe longer.

Can I collect my artwork from your studio?

Yes. Please contact me in via email to arrange collection.

Can you ship internationally?

Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We accept no responsibility for additional charges.

Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.

Returns

What if my painting arrives and I don’t like it?

Hopefully this doesn’t happen, but if it does, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. The full cost of the return delivery is your responsibility. Once the artwork has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days.

What if my painting arrives damaged?

All work is carefully and securely packaged. The artwork will be insured in the event that any damages occur during delivery. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch via email. Alternatively, if the artwork is damaged inside please contact me within 7 days and if possible send photographs so we can discuss the next step.

What about Overseas Returns?

At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the UK
